How I work.

We don’t begin by digging into the past.

We start with what’s already here, a feeling, a reaction, or something that’s hard to name, and explore what’s at the heart of it.

My approach is present-moment, trauma-informed, and grounded in body-mind awareness. It’s based on Core Process Psychotherapy, with influences from IFS parts-work, somatic experiencing, and Focusing.

  • €110 per 50-minute session.

  • Partially reimbursed by insurance (depending on provider and plan).
